Completely Customizable
You have full control over both the earning rate (how much a customer must spend to earn a point) and the redemption rate (the value of each point). If your store supports multiple currencies, you can set custom rates for each one. You can also define a minimum number of points required for redemption, enforce redemption in specific intervals, and even offer a welcome point bonus for new customers.
New Templates and Promotions
Show customers their potential savings and points earned by using a promotional template that displays when they’re logged into their account. With a customizable promotional template, you can highlight loyalty rewards to logged-in shoppers and boost conversion rates. While currently set to display at checkout, it can easily be adapted to appear anywhere on your site. Plus, with powerful new NitroScript variables and the Loyalty Checkout Panel, you can create a seamless, branded loyalty experience that fits perfectly with your store.
Customer Points Management
Your store will have access to a new WebStore Manager page, allowing you to update the points for any customers.
Order Discounts
Customers can apply redeem their points for discounts with the simple click of a button at checkout. The Order will contain a comment for how many points were used for how much of a discount.
Account Page Section
Customers can easily track their loyalty points right from their account page. When they have items in their cart, they’ll also see the discount they can unlock by redeeming their points—making it easier than ever to save while they shop.
